About Transport Australia Canberra

Australian Capital Territory Branch

An update from Transport Australia society (TAs) - Formation of a Canberra branch

Canberra had a transport group that has now been inactive for some years. However three Canberra-based members of TAs (Alan Thompson, Bob Nairn and Kip Tanner) now wish to recruit other ACT region members to form a Canberra branch of TAs.

We are seeking enthusiastic recruits through the Engineers Australia Canberra Division, however we also welcome non-members. Please email Alan Thompson about your interest. It is hoped to have a meeting of all interested TAs members in early February 2016, to formally appoint office bearers, and to develop a program for a Canberra Branch.
